Vege Stock

A couple of onions
A few sticks of celery
4-5 carrots
A couple of parsnips
3 cloves of garlic
A couple of parsnips
1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
1/4 C chopped fresh basil
3 T sea salt
Pepper
3 l water

Roughly chop everything and slow cook for 8 hours or so.  Seive out the chunks before using it.
