Rice and Sesame Crackers

Rice Flour
Ground Almonds
Sesame Seeds
Fine Dessacted Coconut
Flaxseed Oil (or any oil, we like this one for eczema, and our autistic daughter)
Water

You'll see there are no quantities.  It doesn't really matter, lol.  I would say as long as half is rice flour.  You could add cheese too if you wanted instead of coconut.

Just mix up all the dry ingredients, add a splosh of oil, and a splosh of water.  You need a really stiff almost crumbly mix, and knead it so the rice flour binds.  Roll into small balls then squash as much as you can.

Bake at 180 for aroud 15-20 minutes, until the bottoms are golden, then let cool in oven.
