Mango Wibble Wobble                                             Gluten Free

1 mango
1 banana
1 can of lite coconut milk  (you could use cow milk and cream as an alternative)
A splash of lime
A moodge of vanilla essence
2 t water
2 t gelatin  (double the gelatin for a firm set... I suspect I didn't leave mine long enough, it was more instant pudding consistancy)

Whizz up everything, aside from the water and gelatin, until smooth.  in a cup, combine the water and gelatine and microwave for 30 seconds, until it is dissolved (alternatively, dissolve it over simmering water).  Add to the fruit mix and give it another whizz.  Pour into serving dish/es and refridgerate.

Can't promise it's healthy, hehe... 

Serves a family ;)  And is so yummy!  Pina coladas anyone?
